I think whoever made this .gif intended to be a miscellaneous image of swagger, or whatever else kids like these days.
But to me it possesses niggerly defiance. Like Boosie knows how unbelievably coonish he is and at that moment, he doesn’t particularly give a fuck. It’s like black people’s version of “Deal With It”
But why can’t I say the N-Word too?

That’s reverse racism?!

You got that job through affirmative action!!!!

Why do you have your own history month??

Like, if you post a video of a dog biting someone in the ass, you’ll get 1,000 notes. But if you post a .gif wall with 4 moving pictures of a dog biting someone in the ass….. 25,000 notes.
Maybe its the fact that .gifs capture the absolute best part of a video and play it on a loop over and over. Why spend 56 seconds watching a video when the best part has been snipped out and looped into infinity?
When you think about it, the news also employs this tactic to a certain extent. During 9/11, while the anchors were talking…. they played a 10 second clip of the jets crashing into the buildings over and over and over and over….. it was kind of like a .gif.
The irony in this entire thing is, when you see a .gif that you REALLY like, whats the first thing you say? …….. “Where’s the video?”
Complete mindfuck. Why aren’t videos more popular then?
Clearly, I’ve spent too much time thinking about this.
